Nichole brings over a decade of professional experience to her role, including ten years in the medical field before transitioning into property management. She began her real estate journey as a receptionist, quickly developing expertise across leasing, maintenance coordination, and accounts payable. For the past eight years, she has been an integral part of the Pioneer Enterprises team, where her diligence and leadership led to her promotion to Assistant Property Manager in 2021. Nichole also manages all court filings for landlord-tenant matters, including Failure to Pay Rent, tenant holdover, and wrongful detainer cases. Her background in both healthcare and housing gives her a unique blend of empathy, efficiency, and problem-solving skill.

In addition to her role at Pioneer, Nichole serves as Secretary of the Baltimore-Washington Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), where she supports industry-wide initiatives and contributes to leadership efforts focused on education, ethics, and service excellence.
